How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find Vapeless and tap "Cancel Subscription"

How do I restore my purchase on a new device? Open Vapeless, go to Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

Can I get a feature added? I read every email. No promises on timing, but every great app feature started as a user request.

Does Vapeless work without an account? Yes. All data stays on your device. No signup required.

Will my streak reset if I have a slip? No. Slips are logged separately and don't reset your streak. This is intentional — quitting is rarely linear.
